Our purpose is to unleash the promised AI productivity gains for the UK's 37,000 medium-sized enterprises and 600 public sector departments without the hype. Our vision is to help mid market customers turn Agentic AI into a reality, reduce toil and free people to do work that adds competitive value.
We are building a UK industry first agentic platform service, fusing our agents, 3rd party agents and LLMs, complemented by engineering and software integration and managed services.
We are different from pure SaaS providers with no integration capability or larger expensive service providers lacking focus on the mid-market.
The mid-market is the powerhouse of the UK economy and whilst AI adoption is accelerating - most mid-sized firms and public sector departments are stuck at the starting line. The UK's SME businesses could unlock £4-6bn in additional economic output annually by 2030 if AI adoption tracks current forecasts.
We believe we can help spark productivity gains, create capacity to think and deliver real value to help the UK's mid-market businesses scale with AI and deliver on the AI potential and promise.
Our Team
Founders
David has over 12 years' experience delivering AI and data solutions across startups, SMEs, and enterprises in the UK and USA. Combining technical and strategic leadership with a PhD in astrophysics, he founded Ingenaium to bring rigorous, practical AI to the UK mid-market.
With over three decades building everything from start-ups to scale-ups to large-scale technology teams, Tim co-founded Ingenaium.ai with a simple belief: AI should work for UK businesses. His mission is to help ambitious owners and decision-makers harness AI with confidence - and without the hype.
Mike brings 25+ years of experience across infrastructure, cloud, and platform. He has a proven track record of delivering award-winning technology platforms, with that experience now embodied in the Ingenaium platform, enabling UK organisations to harness the power of AI to fuel their growth.
With over three decades of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership, Dan has delivered scalable and robust solutions to large enterprise clients across multiple sectors. He now applies his expertise to the UK midmarket, transforming complex technology into practical, secure, and scalable solutions that create genuine AI value for businesses.
Non-executive directors
Paul is a successful serial entrepreneur having established and grown private and VC backed startups in the AI, fuel cell and international manufacturing sectors. A qualified engineer and businessman with board experience in large public companies, the public sector and small agile companies, Paul's focus is on razor sharp strategic impact and investment readiness.
Ras is the founder of Squid, a boutique consultancy helping ambitious leaders get real value from AI, combining proven innovation methods with modern technology to deliver impact fast. Previously at BJSS, he worked with the co-founders of Ingenaium. With over 25 years of experience from in-house, consulting, and everything in between, he has been building teams, running business units, delivering 10x growth, and helping organisations like Sony, NHS, NatWest, ITV and Sky tackle complex problems across strategy, product, services, and new ventures.
Will Wood founded award-winning PR agency Multitude Media, one of the UK's most successful agencies, which operates across the entertainment industry. Multitude's clients include Netflix, Live Nation, HBO, BAFTA, Sky, Amazon Prime Video, AEG, WME, CAA and Apple TV and it works with some of the most recognised brands and talent in the sector, from globally successful TV shows to Academy Award-winning creatives. Will is also an investor in several companies across different sectors and a trustee for the charity Open Door.
Mike brings decades of leadership experience across UK technology and IT services, spanning infrastructure, applications development, and large-scale digital delivery. He has led organisations through periods of significant scale and transformation, most recently as CEO of a private equity-backed technology consultancy, driving AI-led delivery transformation and go-to-market change, and previously as MD of one of the UK's best-known technology consultancies. Mike holds an MBA from Henley Management College and brings hands-on experience of what it takes for mid-market businesses to turn AI ambition into operational reality.
